Green Chili Salsa Bites

1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. salsa
2 eggs
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 T. chopped black olives
2 Tablespoons chopped green chiles
1 T. chopped green onion
1 clove garlic, minced fine
1/4 cup sour cream
2 T. cilantro, chopped 
Preheat oven to 350º.  Mix cream cheese with mixer until smooth.  Add in salsa and eggs.  Mix - you will get a runny pink mixture.  Add in cheese, olives, onion and garlic. Mix well.  Spoon into well-sprayed mini muffin tins.  Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick in center one comes out clean.  Top with a dollop of sour cream and snip some cilantro over top.
