Graham Cracker Crust

9 graham crackers (1 sleeves)
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter (8 T. or 1/2 c.), melted
Optional (Depending on what pie you make)
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
Food processor - whiz until crumbs resemble sand.  Add sugar and next 3 ingredients.  Pulse until resembles wet sand. 
Baggie method - zip inside and roll with rolling pin or smash with meat tenderizer or soup can.  Mix in mixing bowl with next 4 ingredients. 
Press up sides and into bottom of pie dish.  Makes one large 9 inch deep pie or 2 shallow 8 inch pie crusts
