Easiest Brisket Ever

13 pound brisket
2 cans Coca Cola
1 large bottle Head Country BBQ Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Place brisket fat side up in large roaster pan.  Pour Coke and BBQ sauce over top.  Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.  Cook low on 300º for 6-7 hours.  Pull apart with fork or slice to preference.   Serve with warm BBQ sauce on the side.
