Absolutely! 2oz.milk,1/2oz.fresh yeast,2oz.bread flour,5oz.eggs,8oz.bread flour,1/2oz.sugar,1/2tsp.salt,7oz.butter(softened). STARTER SPONGE:Scald milk & cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast,add the first B.flour(2oz.)Rise til double. Slowly add eggs, then dry ingredients.Beat in butter little at a time til smooth. (This will be very sticky)Let rest 20-30 min, then pan it up,Eggwash, then bake at 375 F. for loaf. Good luck!
