INGREDIENTS:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 egg
1 cup milk
2 cup fresh blueberries
FOR TOPPING:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease 9 x 13 pan. In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder with whisk or mixer beater to "fluff". Place vegetable oil into a separate bowl; add the eggs and milk. Whisk together lightly then add this slowly into the flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into pan sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.

To Make Crumb Topping: Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Cut with pastry cutter or mix with fork, and sprinkle over muffins before baking. If you have a food processor, simply put all in the bowl and pulse until resembles pea size crumbs.  Bake for 30-35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
