Bleu Cheese Herbed Butter

INGREDIENTS:
1 stick butter, room temperature
1/4 c. chives, chopped
2 T. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

DIRECTIONS:
In bowl mash all ingredients together with a fork.  Serve at room temperature alongside your favorite steak.
