2 Kinds of Appetizer Skewers

Skewer Ingredients:
Fresh mozerella
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil leaves
One can artichoke hearts
One jar sun-dried tomatoes
One jar pimento olives
One package refrigerated tortellini of choice
8 inch skewers
Marinade Ingredients:
Basil pesto
Balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Boil water in saucepan and cook tortellini. Alternate ingredients on skewers. For Caprese skewers – use mozerella balls, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. For Mediterranean Skewers – use olives, cheese, artichoke hearts, tortellini and sun-dried tomatoes or fresh tomatoes.

Stir together marinade ingredients in bowl. Brush skewers with marinade and hour before serving.
