The Discussion Workshop is a closed circuit ordinal and temporal forum.

The Discussion Workshop meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 20:00 (forum clock). The meeting is formatted and should begin and end on time. Be sure to check the forum clock.

1. The Business portion of the meeting is called to order at 20:00 and includes administrative discussion and decision. If there is no business, the business portion can be skipped by a vote of the members. Suggested time: 20 - 30 minutes.

2. The second part is the Discussion Workshop educational program. In this portion of the meeting the members present a Discussion Workshop module project to be completed in the allotted time. The objectives of each project are designed to train the community to post as a community. Suggested time: 60 - 90 minutes.

3. The next portion is the Evaluation of each completed project by a team of Evaluators assigned for that meeting. Module projects are evaluated only according to the stated objectives. The meeting concludes with a short general evaluation by the assigned Master Evaluator. This is a quick assessment of each portion of the meeting. Suggested time: 20 - 30 minutes.

From meeting to meeting each member serves in rotated roles. One week you may be the Discussion Leader or Postmaster. The next week you may be the Master Evaluator or serve on the Evaluation Team as Grammarian, Post-Counter, Timer, or VoteMaster.
