Your favorite champagne
As you may notice I didn't give measurements. It's really up to your taste. I got a bag of frozen strawberries from Trader Joe's, and I used about 1/3 of the bag. Put them in your blender. Then add some simple syrup. I probably added about 1/4 cup of simple syrup. I also added a little bit of the champagne to the blender, because those frozen strawberries were tough to blend. Once you have your strawberry, simple syrup pureed add to your glass. Carefully, open your champagne bottle and pour on top of the strawberry puree. Stir.
