Worked on research and engineering solutions related to Personalized Machine Learning in Mobile Devices, Self-aware systems, Femto-based Edge Learning, Adhoc Networking (built the first WiFi hotspot on a mobile phone at Qualcomm (pre-Android)), Joint utilization of Whitespace and Non-Whitespace Networks (now applicable to LTE- Licensed Assisted Access (LAA), and also to MulteFire / LTE-Unlicensed), Cooperative Communication Systems, Concurrent Bandwidth Aggregation, IoT/M2M Service Layer Design, M2M-related standards developments, and Wireless Nanobots for Cancer Therapy.
