Macroeconomic Theory I (Ec 7343)

Summary

This is the first semester graduate macroeconomics course. We will be building up the basic elements of modern macroeconomic models. This includes the Solow model, consumption theory, topics in government spending, international finance, and endogenous growth.

Fall 2015 Schedule:

M/W - 10-11:30 - McElhinney 104

Class Materials:

The syllabus and notes for the class are attached below. The notes are incomplete as of 8/19/2015, and I'll announce when a new version is ready that you can download with the full set of notes.

The other documents are copies of old tests and comprehensive exams, along with (poorly written) answers. You'll see that nearly all of your homework problems are old tests and comp questions.
