Thank fully I am healthy and otherwise doing well.
There are a lot of families that I help with and I feel very busy all the time... so I'm trying to make some time in the evenings to meditate for 10 minutes, because I sometimes get stressed out and have difficulty sleeping. The meditation has been helping me but sometimes I don't make it a high priority or I get lazy and then I forget to do it.
But I have been working on making it more important.
I really appreciate your kind thoughts. I think that it has been giving me protection from any serious things.
