Math 1003A Intensive Learning Mathematics I (currently offered only in the fall)
A first course in a two-semester sequence of courses designed to review topics from elementary and intermediate algebra. Four hours lecture per week.

Math 1003B Intensive Learning Mathematics II (currently offered only in the spring)
The second course in a two-semester sequence of courses designed to review topics from elementary and intermediate algebra. A credit grade in Math 3A or 6A is required to enroll in Math 3B. Four hours lecture per week. Passing Math 3B satisfies the ELM requirement.

Math 1006A Entry Level Mathematics I (currently offered only in the fall)
A first course in a two-semester sequence of courses designed to review topics from elementary and intermediate algebra. A credit grade in Math 6A is required to enroll in Math 6B. Lecture two hours / Lab two hours per week. Offered in the fall only. Students needing Math 6A may take Math 3A.

A complete review of topics from elementary and intermediate algebra. Lecture three hours / Lab two hours per week. Passing Math 6L satisfies the ELM requirement.
CR/NC 5 non-baccalaureate units
UNVS 1015A Statway (currently offered only in the fall)
A first course that covers both remediation and an introduction to elementary statistics. Open to specific majors with an ELM score of 32 or less and an EPT score of at least 137. Students meet four days a week for 75 minutes a day.
