In addition to his own work, Federico has studied Mark Verstegen's Golf, Tennis and Baseball Core Performance Systems, to provide an in-depth sports performance program.
Since the mid-90's, he has worked under Paul Chek and Kate Grace creating and practicing functional and post rehab. specific golf and tennis exercises. These exercises improve endurance, power, and joint stabilization for the swinging athlete.
Federico's post-rehabilitative knowledge/exercises will help keep the athlete injury free.
Federico’s personal competitive background includes Competitive Golf, Tennis, Pro-Am Surfing, Masters Ski Racing, and a Black-Belt in Soo Bahk Do Karate.
Federico started playing competitive tennis at the La Jolla Beach & Tennis club at age 10, and competitive golf at age 12. In 1978, he competed in the Junior World Tournament at Torrey Pines. He's worked with professionals like Brad Faxon in the early '90s amongst other avid golfers.
Federico’s clients range from elite, Olympic-caliber athletes to patients recovering from surgery. He teaches quality weight training techniques, biomechanical movements, and he corrects faulty posture. As a result, muscular imbalances, postural alignment, and body symmetry will be optimized.
Federico’s personal program philosophy encompasses making fitness fun by sharing positive mental attitude with humor.
Training with an emphasis on concentration and focus—mental fitness and confidence are improved.
