The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps is a non-profit youth organization. It consists of over 5,000 youths nation wide aged 13-17 years of age. The organization is divided up into over 300 local units. Our Unit serves the youth in the Inland Empire and we drill in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.  The program is education based, and has set forth the following goals:


  • Build sense of patriotism, courage and self-reliance. Promote good citizenship.
  • Promote education in a drug-free/alcohol-free/gang-free setting.
  • International Exchange Programs
  • Train cadets in naval history and customs.
  • Educate cadets on both military and civilian careers.


Other activities and opportunities include:

  • Sporting events and competitions/regional and nationals competitions
  • Ceremonial events and parades
  • Training on U.S. military bases, stations and ships
  • One or Two-week training opportunities including cadet “boot camp”


Desert Storm Division would like to offer you the opportunity to partner with us in supporting America’s youth. The program is self funded and can only operate through the support of communities businesses such as yours. There are no paid adult leaders; all staff members are volunteers.
