The workshop helped them to find solutions to the upgrade path. Sharepoint Training for ICBC - Vancouver Sharepoint 2013 is Microsoft's way to get people to work together. It is also a very powerful, yet easy to use, tool for building a presence on the web. However, it is easy to get a pre-conceived idea of what it does or how to use it. Many of my customers hear the "elephant" story. This particular customer has 3 business units who use the product as "Broker Link", "Employee Hub" and their public facing website. They are a very dynamic and enthusiastic group and it was fun to share ideas, cover some basics and provide some inspiration. We were able to provide one week of intensive training with participants from the head office in Calgary and online attendance from the Grande Cache mining site. The ultimate goal is to provide collaboration and business insight as well as improve their business processes. They make extensive use of Dynamics AX for Financials and Manufacturing Operations with integration between industry specific applications. Customized Training for Metafore Technologies Inc - Canada wide For Microsoft Partners, the way to get on Microsoft's radar is to grow in the list of competencies. This project involved internal training for 40+ professionals across Canada using online technology over a period of 7 months. Customized Training for Canadian Forces Base - Suffield Sharepoint 2010 is available in 2 formats; Foundation and Server. This client was using Sharepoint for various administrative purposes including Shared Calendars and Document Management. They required End-User training for Sharepoint Foundation for several stakeholders within the Canadian Forces. Customized Training for Ramstein Air Base - Germany This client houses the Headquarters for the USAF and NATO in Europe. The locations acts as a trans-shipment point for supplies destined for the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa. The associated IT systems must be inter-connected but they use different standards and protocols. The customer was updating their Software Development skill set and required training to build effective user interfaces.
Customized Training for Alpac - Athabasca This client needed to update various database applications from Access 97 and 2000 to the available technologies in 2012. The training included Visual Studio 2010 web development and database connectivity. SSRS, SSIS, SSAS Customized Training for City of Calgary The city sells geomatics data to customers who are planning large construction projects. The data provides information on utilities and piping so that these systems are not damaged. They hired HP to re-engineer their e-commerce website but also required some fundamental training in Commerce Server, Dynamics CRM, SQL 2008 and Server 2008. Over a period of 3 weeks we were able to deliver enough training to bring them up to speed so that HP could effectively hand over their new site. Customized Training for UBS - UK and USA

by Microsoft Corp. The training was also delivered in New York via online format.
