Subject: Move-in Fee Increase

Dear Residents,

The Dent Place Board of Directors has elected to raise move-in fees for new residents effective immediately. This will help cover the various fees associated with a new resident, including but not limited to entry system re-programming and new mailbox labels. The new rates will be $300 for moves involving any furniture and $200 for moves not involving furniture and will apply to both new owners and tenants. The Rules and Regulations have been updated as well as the FAQs and will be posted to the Dent Pl. website shortly.
