Laundry Update

The Dent Pl Condominium Association has reached an agreement with Coinmach regarding the laundry equipment.

The contract will remain in effect until March 15, 2012. After this date, a new laundry contract and new laundry equipment will be in place.

Coinmach will service all equipment within the next 2 weeks to insure that all are up and running.

Per the agreement with Coinmach:

All repairs will occur within 24 hours of reporting to Coinmach. If you place a service call to Coinmach, please remember to document the call. If you notice that the requested repair has not been done, please advise Paul Associates during normal business hours, or email pfloyd@paulassociatesinc.com .
