Previously: 3/10/14 Damages spread out much more to be balanced but still a pinch more than the 1.0 version on purpose. ALL supers are redone in damage in my taste 200-high 400 range. Level 1 are in the low 200s. Level 2 is in the mid to high 200s. Level 3 is in the low to high 300s and Level 4 ultimate moves are in the mid to near high 400s.

Previously: 2/27/14: "Dirty A.I." revenge trigger returns in this winmugen version exclusively. Meaning the CPU can activate the revenge super at lvl 1 by surprise while the human command is still required to reach level 4 for the Ultimate attack.

Removed extra code of state 3 veladd. mid close range miss of crouching Heavy kick fixed. power wave attacks can now chain into most supers now but not all on purpose. AI updated.

Previously: 6/2/19: A.I. update. fixed a premature wake up attack issue with Terry's Close hard punch reaction triggered on wake up after getting knocked down. CPU now only triggers Close heavy punch (launcher) while standing and when he is close to the enemy. Instead on most wake he may projectile. Also changed A.I. so that heavy power wave doesnt trigger after blaze and daze. Proved in effective

Previously: 3/20/15: Wall hit FX updated and fixed for Power kick and other attacks that use wall hit FX. The Ultimate whirlwind has been fixed and updated to do more damage unlike before where it did hardly any damage (still under observation though). A.I. slightly updated so that Terry can follow up with live wire geyser after power kick wall bounce some times. More FX removed entirely.
