VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday)

Most suspects have the right to be released on bail, maybe right away. You can register with VINE to be told when the suspect gets out of prison.

The Delaware State Victim Notification Service (VINE) is a service through which victims of crime can use the telephone or Internet to search for information regarding their offender's custody status and register to receive telephone and e-mail notification when the offender's custody status changes. This service is brought to you by the Delaware Criminal Justice Information System.

Register by phone or online:

By phone:
Call 1-877-338-8463 on a touch-tone phone and follow the instructions. Make up 4-digit PIN to use.
