These are the only forms of information that the Homeowners Association collects about you.
Information you provide: When you become a member of the Deerfield Manor Homeowners Association, you provide information for the neighborhood directory. You may occasionally provide other information related to specific neighborhood events.
Log information: When you use our Web services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and other information. This information is recorded by our Internet Service Provider, but is not currently used by the Homeowners Association except in aggregate form (e.g., how many people visited a particular web page last week).
The Deerfield Manor Homeowners Association only shares your personal information with other organizations or individuals in the following very limited circumstances:
