Mike "DJ Maiku" B. is a DJ specializing in blending club style music from Japan into American venues.
DJ Maiku started out in 1998 as a resident DJ of the Trilogy nightclub in Cleveland, Ohio. With the rise in popularity of anime conventions, Maiku pioneered his upbeat groove style mixed with Japanese beats, and started spinning the convention circuit starting with the Annual Ohayocon Hyper Para Para Dance in 2001. Over the next decade Maiku would go on to appear at many of the largest anime cons across America, including the ACEN Soap Bubble and Otakon Rave.

In 2013 after more than a decade and over 70 events, Maiku took a step back from the stage to focus on other musical ventures. You can still catch DJ Maiku at various special events and by request (contact below).
