"Our virtues and our failings are inseparable, like force and matter. When they separate, man is no more." - Nikola Tesla

I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Quantitative Life Sciences (QLS) section at the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Trieste, Italy. I work in the group of Dr. Edgar Roldan.

Previously, I worked as a postdoctoral research associate in the group of Prof. Luca Giuggioli at the Department of Engineering Mathematics, University of Bristol, UK.

I completed my Ph.D. in Physics from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute, India, under the supervision of Dr. Shamik Gupta.

Broadly, my research interest lies in the areas of statistical physics and nonlinear dynamics. Specifically, I have been working on stochastic processes, stochastic thermodynamics, random walks, first-passage processes, resetting dynamics, movement ecology, and quantum measurement. During my Ph.D., I have worked on synchronization, bifurcation, and long-range interacting systems.

Following is a typical realization of events when I realize my significance!
