Welcome!  Look around and learn what benefits you can gain by learning taiji and qigong, or having an EFT session.  Everything in the universe is composed of energy, including our bodies.  Blockages or stagnation of the qi (energy or vital life force) may cause dis-ease and can lead to illness.  Doing taiji and qigong or working with EFT helps keep the qi flowing freely, so you can feel good and be healthy.

Taijiquan ("taiji") is a gentle, slow and rhythmical exercise that offers many healing benefits to people of all ages and physical abilities.  Taiji stems from the ancient practice of Qigong.  It is a martial art which today is practiced mainly for its many health benefits.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a method of restoring balance to your body through tapping with your fingertips on meridian acupuncture points.  Tapping on specific points while focusing on a particular negative emotion, fear, or unresolved issue, unblocks the disruptions in the body's energy flow that these problems caused.
