Finding Balance: Self-Care for Empaths

Sunday, September 24th, 1:00 - 3:00pm.
$20 includes all materials and a light snack.

Join us as we welcome Annette Holmes back to Bellevue for this special class.

If you're empathic - that is, if you're particularly sensitive to the moods, emotions, and energies of others - you have a special gift that can make you remarkably insightful, compassionate, caring, and intuitive.  But it can also leave you vulnerable to additional stress and prone to exhaustion from bearing more than your fair share of someone's negativity, neediness, or pain.  Even if your personal relationships are healthy, you may find yourself overwhelmed by current events and widespread anxieties, whether from the nightly news or a high-pressure workplace.  That's the bad news: the good news is that there are steps you can take to guard yourself from the constant bombardment of negativity.  And you can replenish yourself when you feel drained.

Come join Annette Holmes as she explores how being an empath effects your life.  She will discuss some of the downsides (and joys!) and offer suggestions about how to protect and restore yourself as you inevitably come in contact with challenging people and situations.

Annette Holmes is an experienced Medium, healer, and Reiki Master who has dedicated herself to helping others and teaching them how to develop their own gifts.
