GRAIN FED BEEF FROM  FROM DODGE CITY KANSAS

Original cowboy bbq,slow cooking using real wood,combination of mesquite and

hickory wood. I smoke the meat very slowly anywere from 10 to 16 hours depending on meat and its size. Brisket will smoke at least 16 hours minimum and it will have a heavy smoke taste and will be very moist. I use a dry rub on all my meat it is a combination of spicey and sweet.
