  • 2014 NFHS Soccer Officials Training is Aug. 9 & 10 We'll meet at Fir Grove Park in the soccer building from 9:00am - 2:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.  You'll need to register at osaa.arbitersports.com NOW so that you have your rule book on hand for the training.  On Sunday, we'll do some on-field training at Fir Grove Par; please dress in your referee uniform on Sunday.  We'll eat lunch as we work, so bring food (there's a Subway and fast food nearby if you forget).Ten hours of annual training is required to officiate high school soccer.  This clinic is an opportunity to get all of that in at once.  Also, for those of you who need to take the OCEP ...
