President Obama has recently granted permission to send 100 troops to Africa to help defeat Joseph Koney. The Dickson County High School Schools for Schools club met to announce this achievement. The meeting was opened with a video
explaining why Obama sent the troops. Afterwards, the officers, Sierra Murray, Garrett Crowson, Olivia Matlock, Laura Lankford, and Grace Gilliland, handed out paper and markers to each group member, including themselves. The group of students wrote,
"President Obama, we support your decision on sending troops to help defeat the LRA." Holding their posters, the group posed for a picture that was saved to DCHS's Schools for Schools online fundraising page.
