Intramural Information

Maroon Crew is pleased to offer 4 intramural sports leagues throughout the school year.  All DCHS students are encouraged to participate!  Students should listen to the daily announcements for the league start times and contact Mr. Battistone for more information.  Below is a list of the sports leagues.

Flag Football:  This 5 week league will start at the beginning of the school year.  Each team should be co-ed and 5 players will play at a time.  Teams will play twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays immediately after school.  There is a $10 fee per team.

Bowling:  This is a 4 week league and will run during the month of October at Val Lanes in West Des Moines.  Teams will consist of 3 bowlers.  The league will be held on Wednesdays at 3:30 - 4:30 during the month of October.  There is a fee of $5.50 per bowler each Wednesday.

Basketball:  This is a 5 week league that will start in March right after spring break.  Teams must be co-ed and 5 players will play at a time.  Games will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 - 10:00 p.m.

Volleyball:  This is a 3 week league that will start at the end of April.  Teams must be co-ed and 6 players will play at a time.  Games will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 - 10:00 p.m.
