Unzip these gene info or genome info files: gene_st_info.rar

Make dChip gene info or genome info files for Gene ST arrays

1. Download and unzip NetAffx annotation CSV files for Gene ST arrays from these links, e.g.

MoGene-1_0-st-v1 Transcript Cluster Annotations, CSV (9.8 MB, 11/24/08)

http://www.affymetrix.com/products_services/arrays/specific/mousegene_1_st.affx#1_4

http://www.affymetrix.com/products_services/arrays/specific/hugene_1_0_st.affx#1_6

http://www.affymetrix.com/products_services/arrays/specific/ratgene_1_st.affx#1_5

2. Use the Python program (st_gene_info.py). You may put it in the same directory as the CSV file, then open it in Python GUI, and change the infile and outfile names and press F5 to run. The output file will be saved in the same directory. Only gene accession numbers and names are extracted now.

dChip could not read MoGene-1_0-st-v1.na31.mm9.transcript.csv directly as gene information file. We have transferred this csv file to gene information file in order for dChip to read. You can download it from:
