Ask your technology director to set up an iTunes U account for the district
You AND your students will need Apple IDs (provided by your district)
Have an outline for your course (possibly a syllabus) as your guide

Mathematics
iTunes U offers an enormous variety of resources for math students at any grade level. Included in the application are mathematics lessons from grade one through college. Students can subscribe to a specific course, gain access to recorded lectures, view videos of example problems, etc. iTunes U is an excellent way to practice math from home.
Science
iTunes U has a wide assortment of resources for users studying different fields of science. From astronomy to biology, users can browse textbooks, lectures, and videos in varying difficulties, from grade school to university level.
Social Studies
Students will find iTunes U selection of history courses and materials extremely helpful no matter the focus. From lectures given by experts in the field, audio recordings of famous events and speeches, or textbooks and news articles from the period, iTunes U can supplement material in your classroom.
