I am a Postdoctoral Research Scholar currently at Arizona State University. I recently completed my PhD in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. As a part of my PhD, I have conducted extensive research on issues relating to congressional elections, voter behavior, television advertising, and effects of race/ethnicity of political candidates.  My work focuses on understanding the underlying mechanisms and effects of campaigns and candidates on voter behavior. I employ a combination of survey, survey experiments, and observational data to help answer these questions.
