This page is a simple (yes I am actually using Google Pages templates) web page where I can publish items which interest me. If they interest you that works too. Mission Trip Rewind - May 4, 2010It has been almost 2 months since my mission trip to Haiti. It was definitively a life changing trip and I continue to process what I have seen and learned on that trip. I have put together a video for anyone who is interested. You can also find my thoughts on the trip. Mission TripI am planning to go on a Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic in March of 2010. More information can be found on the Mission Trip Page. Please take a few minutes to look at the page and perhaps provide prayer and/or financial support for the mission. November 9, 2009Finally updated my pages to better work with Google sites. The navigation side bar seems to be nice enough, but they don't want to host JavaScript anymore, which is a problem for the intercept tool. I have worked around this by instead hosting that bit on a externally available site, but it is not completely working as the measure tool doesn't want to function. That will have to be debugged later. May 29, 2008I have been working on a new tool based on Google's Application Engine. This is a GPS Tracking Tool. If you are interested, or just a bit curious, please read about it. Hello and welcomeI have not put a lot of work into this page as my interest is not to tell you about myself. My interest is really to produce and publish additional tools to aid in the understanding and practice of celestial navigation. I have no illusion that I am an expert in either the science or practice of celestial navigation, but I do know enough to be dangerous. As such if you are an expert and you discover an inaccuracy with information in these pages I would appreciate it you would email me and point out the error. I have other interests as well, including actually sailing boats, and enjoying some silliness with my family while we wait for food at restaurants. Please feel free to look around and drop me a line if something you see seems interesting or if you would like to chat. And when you leave may you have fair winds and following seas.
