ROYAL NAVY: I have hard copies of a number of Royal Navy original documents. Most are from web sites. The HOOD site is the best. It compares favorably to the Naval Technical Mission to Japan site for technical stuff as well as Fighting Instructions in effect in 1939. http://hmshood.com/  

 

Though it is mainly WWI the World War One Maritime War site has some WWII stuff including signal flags of the RN.
