Welcome! I am a former PhD Student in applied mathematics and engineering at Groupe PSA, in collaboration with the École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, and the Mathematics and Informatics department (MIAT) of INRA Toulouse.
During my PhD, I have been working at the mathematics lab (GMI) of the École des Mines in Saint-Étienne, and in the scientific department of Groupe PSA. I defended my thesis on 28.10.2019 (see Thesis). The subject of my thesis was the high-dimensional optimization of the internal and external aerodynamics of a vehicle (CIFRE Funding). Using expensive computer codes, one aims at finding the optimal design (or settings) of the vehicle and of the engine with respect to certain objectives to be optimized simultaneously. My supervisors were Rodolphe Le Riche (Mines Saint-Étienne), Victor Picheny (INRA Toulouse, MIAT), Benoît Enaux and Vincent Herbert (Groupe PSA).
My research subjects are :
- Metamodeling (Gaussian Processes)
- Bayesian (Multi-Objective) Optimization
- Black-box Optimization
- Dimension Reduction
- Computer Experiments
- Computational Engineering
- Aerodynamics and Combustion
