I am an associate professor of mathematics at Hillsdale College. I am very excited to be part of this school and of its math department.

I am a 2013 Ph. D. graduate from the University of Iowa. I had an ideal advisor, Paul Muhly; in fact, I would go so far as to call him a maximal ideal!

My bachelor's degree is from Harvey Mudd College, where I began my study of real analysis and quantum mechanics, and my master's degree is from UCLA, where I was introduced to operator algebras. All of these topics continue to interest me deeply.

My Erdős number is 3: this, this, and this.

Here is my CV.
