Remarks
・The tomb of Amunhotep, son of Hapu (Huy) is popularly believed to be the tomb -396- because Bidoli reported that a local Qurnawi informed him that Amunhotep’s cones (exact type is not known. Either # 10, # 40, or # 65) were found around it (Bidoli 1970 [MDAIK 26]: 12). However, the tomb itself does not have inscriptions of his name and titles, and we do not know what types, how many, and exactly where the cones were found. Needless to say, reports from local people should not be accepted without careful scrutiny.
・The owner ascribed is identical to those of
10, # 40, and # 622/A.11.
Hwt-Hrt-jb (today's Athribis) was the
capital city of Km-wr, which is inscribed on # 40, the 10th nome in the Lower Egypt.

Remarks
・Unknown examples were unearthed at southern Dra Abul Naga (Northampton etc. 1908: 4, Pls. 2, 23. Exact location unknown. Cf. Delgado 2005 [BAEDE 15]: 92). Unearthed in front of TT 232 (Chassinat 1910 [BIFAO 7]: 157). Norman de G. Davies states that four examples were found at TT 161 (
01-074 in his notebook and 03-002 in Macadam's Red file). Three examples were unearthed from TT 11 – 12 area during the first five seasons of the Spanish-Egyptian mission (Galán and Borrego 2006 [Memnonia 17]: 207). 21 examples were found at TT 232 area (Polz 2007: 161 n. 627). One example was unearthed at M.I.D.A.N.05 (Betrò 2010 [EVO 33]). One example was found at the tomb -159- (Op. cit.: 13). 93 examples of cones and two examples of bricks were unearthed from 'Areal H' at Dra Abul Naga (Kruck 2012: 60, 98).
・Earlier, many of Egyptologists have made the link between this cone and TT 146 (PM I. 12: 258; Hayes 1990: 129; Vivó 2002: 25; Galán 2008: 166; Dibley & Lipkin 2009: 48, 205; Zenihiro 2009: 68) but Betrò insisted his tomb may have located on somewhere between TT 232 and TT 148. (Betrò 2010 [EVO 33]). Later DAI found 93 examples of this cone two examples of bricks in and around -149- (K10.1), a neighbouring tomb to the north of Nebkheperre-Antef pyramid, and stated it to be the source of this cone (Polz 2012: 10; Kruck 2012: 60, 98).

Remarks
・One example was unearthed at Dra Abul Naga (Gauthier 1908 [BIFAO 6]: 135 – 136). Unknown examples were unearthed at southern Dra Abul Naga (Northampton etc. 1908: 4, Pls. 2, 23. Exact location unknown. Cf. Delgado 2005 [BAEDE 15]: 92). Five examples were unearthed from TT 11 – 12 area during the first five seasons of the Spanish-Egyptian mission (Galán and Borrego 2006 [Memnonia 17]: 206). Each one example was unearthed at 'Areal H' and A. 8 (Kruck 2012: 88).
・The inscriptional data corresponds closely with that of Seniseneb of TT 108 (Cf. Kampp 1996: 388); however, her cone is certainly # 312 and all examples of # 75 were found far from TT 108. It is therefore probable that this cone does not belong to TT 108 Seniseneb.

TransliterationjmAxy [...] TAy xw n nb tAwj jmj-rA aXnwtj jmn-m-HAt mAa-xrw
Translation: Revered one [...], fan-bearer of the lord of the Two Lands, chamberlain, Amunemhat justified.

Remarks
・One example was found in a recess (stored?) in TT 200 (
01-083 in Davies's notebook and 04-104 in Macadam's Green file).
・The owner is identical with that of # 29.
・The owner of TT 48, Amunemhat (called Surer) is one of the candidates for the owner of this cone, since they were found near to his tomb and he was also both a king’s scribe and a fan-bearer (Säve-Söderbergh 1957: Pl. 30 – 68). Inscriptions in his tomb, however, have never attested that he was a 'wHmw-nswt (king’s herald)', 'jmj-rA st (overseer of the storeroom)', or 'jmj-rA pr-HD (overseer of the treasury)' that occur on # 29 or 'jmj-rA aXnwtj (chamberlain)'.
・Museum August Kesnter has a statue (inv. no. K. M. 1976.76) which seems to have belonged to our Amunemhat. The Amunemhat statue has titles '
sS-nswt jmj-rA st TAy-xw Sms nb=f r nmtt=f Hr xAswt rsjt mHwt' and Amunemhat's father's name, qn-jtm. Munro thinks it to be dated Thutmose III - Amunhotep II (Munro 1977 [GM 26]).
