PEACH AND ALMOND TART

8 peaches, peeled and pitted and halved
2 tablespoons sugar
juice of half a lemon
2 teaspoons Grand Marnier
pinch salt

1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch salt

Peel, pit, and halve the peaches and place in a bowl. Drizzle over sugar, lemon juice, Grand Marnier, and salt. Gently mix to coat the peaches.

In a bowl, mix together egg, flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt.
