Dartmouth Men's Club Soccer

This year is the seventh year that Club Soccer will exist as a fully recognized official club sport on campus.  Official recognition allows us to receive funding from the Athletics Department, use college vehicles, etc.  However, we remain for the most part a student-led team.

We play in the East Division of the Region One Collegiate Club Soccer League in the fall where we play 6 games against our division opponents to earn a spot in a regional playoff tournament in late October. We will have scheduled games for essentially every weekend of fall term (weather permitting), and we will likely practice three days a week.

In the Winter we do team conditioning and play in an indoor league once a week.  Spring term is very weather-dependent.  While there is no spring session for the Region One League, we generally play a few games and practice two or three times a week.

If interested in joining the team, we will be holding tryouts for incoming freshmen and any upperclassmen during Freshmen orientation.  Tryouts are scheduled for Tuesday, September 15th at 3:30 pm at Sachem Field and will continue on Wednesday, September 16th after classes.  More information will be sent out by Blitz during orientation. Until then, stay in shape and play soccer as often as possible!
