Dartmouth Men's Club Soccer

This year is the fourteenth year that Club Soccer will exist as a fully recognized official club sport on campus. Official recognition allows us to receive funding from the Athletics Department, use college vehicles, etc. However, we remain for the most part a student-led team.

We play in the North Division of the Region One Collegiate Club Soccer League in the fall where we play 7-10 games against our division opponents to earn a spot in a regional playoff tournament in late October. We will have scheduled games for essentially every weekend of fall term (weather permitting), and we practice three days a week. Conditioning on off days is highly encouraged. We also have a B team that competes in the same league and has a similar schedule.

In the Winter we do team conditioning and practice using indoor facilities. In the Spring, while there is no spring session for the Region One League, we play in a spring league comprised mostly of the same teams and practice three times a week. We also compete in the annual Ivy League Tournament.

If interested in joining the team, we will be holding tryouts for incoming freshmen and any upperclassmen during either Freshmen orientation or the first few days of classes.  Tryouts are scheduled for Wednesday, September 12th, 2018 at 3:30pm at Sachem Field and will continue on Thursday, September 13th at 4:30 pm. More information will be sent out by Blitz during orientation. Until then, stay in shape and play soccer as often as possible!
