  • 1 c. egg whites

  • Parmesan Cheese (green container is fine)

  • (2) wedges of Light Laughing Cow Cheese

Meat
  • turkey pepperoni

  • 2# ground beef

  • 3# of chicken

  • 128 oz. bacon (turkey bacon is fine too)

  • 2# ground turkey

  • 6 oz. deli ham (Hormel Naturals is a great brand)

  • 1# ground pork
