Meal Plan: 8/31-9/6/15

 

Monday:

B - (2) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side and Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)

L - Loaded Fotato Soup with fresh veggies on the side with water to drink (S) pg. 294  ***I made a double batch and will eat the other half tomorrow for lunch.

S - Fruity Blend Yogurt with water to drink (E) pg. 251

D - Grilled burgers topped with caramelized onions with green beans and Colorful Coleslaw on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S)

 

Tuesday:

B - Thin Mint Shake (S)

L - leftover Loaded Fotato Soup with fresh veggies on the side and water to drink (S)

S - (2) Peanut Butter Cups with water to drink (S) ***This makes a batch of 12, so I will eat them for most of my snacks this week as long as my kids don't eat them first. ;)

D - Stuffed Cabbage the Easy Way with Cider Pop to drink (E)

 

Wednesday:

B - (2) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)

L - Creamy Broccoli Soup with water to drink (S) ***This will feed the 5 of us that are home for lunch.

S - leftover peanut butter cups with water to drink (S)

D - Chicken Lo Mein made with Not-Naughty-Noodles with Cider Pop to drink (FP)

 

Thursday:

B - Green Smoothie (E) ***Omit the banana

L - Egg Salad with fresh veggies on the side with Cider Pop to drink (S) ***To make my egg salad I just dice up some hard-boiled eggs, add a couple of tablespoons of real mayo and a squirt or two of mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Very simple!

S - leftover Peanut Butter Cups with water to drink (S)

D - Spaghetti with meat sauce over zucchini noodles with a small side salad dressed with olive oil and red wine vinegar with water to drink (S) ***To make the zucchini noodles I use this gadget.

 

Friday:

B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)

L - leftover Egg Salad with fresh veggies and Cider Pop to drink (S)

S - Cottage Berry Whip (FP) ***I always make a double batch and eat the rest for snack another day. It freezes beautifully and then I just pull it out about 10 minutes before I want to eat it.

D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies with Black Cherry Zevia to drink (S) pg. 327

 

Saturday:

B - Zucchini Fritter with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S) pg. 217

L - Colorado White Chili with water to drink (E) ***Omit the corn and add a bell pepper when you are sautéing the onion. This makes plenty so there will be leftovers.

S - leftover Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP)

D - out

 

Sunday:

B - Fruity Blend Yogurt with water to drink (E) pg. 251

L - leftover Colorado White Chili with water to drink (E)

S - string cheese with turkey pepperoni slices with Cider Pop to drink (S)

D - Boneless Wings on a low-carb tortilla filled with onion, lettuce, celery and Ranch dressing with water to drink (S) pg. 324
