D - Sweet & Spicy Stir-fry with water to drink (E)

Tuesday:

B - Chocolate Milkshake (S)

L - Easy Zucchini Noodles for One with 1/2 can of canned chicken on top with Cider Pop to drink (S)

S - Fruity Blend Yogurt with water to drink (E) pg. 251

D - Fajita Grilled Steak Salad topped with Fajita peppers and onions, sour cream, cheddar cheese and pico de gallo (S)

Wednesday:

B - (2) scrambled eggs with strawberries on the side with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)

L - High Protein Mediterranean Salad with water to drink (E) ***I'm going to make a half batch, but it will be enough to feed my two girls and I for 3 meals

S - Cottage Berry Whip (FP) ***I'm making a double batch and will eat the other half for snack tomorrow.

D - Bacon Chicken Ranch Soup with water to drink (S) ***I'm omitting the mushrooms because my family does not care for them, but if you do like them make sure you add them to your shopping list.

Thursday:

B - Fruity Blend Yogurt with water to drink (E) pg. 251

L - leftover High Protein Mediterranean salad with Cider Pop to drink (E)

S - leftover Cottage Berry Whip with water to drink (FP)

D - Boneless Wings on a low-carb tortilla with lettuce and Ranch dressing and fresh veggies and strawberries on the side with Blue Sky Creamy Root Beer to drink (S) pg. 324

Friday:

B - Peanut Butter Milkshake (S)

L - leftover High Protein Mediterranean Salad with water to drink (E)

S - string cheese with 10 turkey pepperoni with Cider Pop to drink (S)

D - Pizza Casserole with fresh veggies on the side and Blue Sky Creamy Root Beer to drink (S)

Saturday:

B - Crustless Quiche with Sweet & Spicy tea to drink (S)

L - Out to eat

S - Reese Peanut Butter Cup Shake (S)

D - Copy Cat Olive Garden Minestrone Soup with water to drink (E) ***This makes enough to for two meals.

Sunday:

B - 0% Plain Greek Yogurt mixed with 2 T. peanut butter and 1 t. THM Sweet Blend with water to drink (S)

L - leftover Minestrone Soup with Cider Pop to drink (E)

S - string cheese with 10 turkey pepperoni with water to drink (S)

D - Spaghetti  Zoodles (zucchini noodles) with meat sauce with fresh veggies on the side with water to drink (S) ***Use this gadget (or a similar one) to make the zoodles.
