I completed my Ph.D. in biology at Dalhousie University in June 2012. My thesis was titled "Ecology And Evolution Of Highly Exploited Fish Populations" and is available here. I also hold a Master of Resource Management degree from Simon Fraser University (2000) and a B.Sc. (combined honours in biology and oceanography) from the University of British Columbia (1996).

I currently work as a senior biologist with Fisheries and Oceans Canada Gulf Region in Moncton, N.B., Canada.
