-1. NVCWDA will hold their dances on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month at Lincolnia Senior Center.On holiday weekends this may be held elsewhere. $15/$10 for NVCWDA members. Credit cards are now accepted! 

No snacks, ice, drinks, cups, etc. will be provided. If you bring a snack, please clean up afterwards.

-2. Colvin Run: Colvin Run resumes all pre-pandemic dances. 

All Ed & Gail Colvin Run dances include bottled water, canned sodas and individually packaged light snacks.

1st & 3rd Saturday Dances - $20, 7:30-8:30 lesson, 8:30-11 dance, Ballroom - Social Ballroom dances are held 1st & 3rd Saturdays preceded by a lesson. 1st Saturdays feature live music & 3rd Saturdays feature DJ music mix to include Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Swing, Quickstep, Mambo, Samba, Viennese Waltz, Cha Cha & maybe a Polka. 

-3. Lincolnia Senior Center (55+) - Line Dance dance classes every Wednesday & Friday at 1:15-2:30 with Maria. 

Partner dance classes every Wednesday 11-12:30 PM with Adam Whitley ($10 for 8 classes?). 

Line Dance classes every Saturday 10-noon with Susie ($10 for 8 classes? On recess. Don't know when it restarts.). 

Couples Tea Dance 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Saturday 2-4 PM $2 at door. Dance was cancelled for August 12, 2023.

Couples (Argentine) Tango 2nd & 4th Saturday 4-6 PM $2 at door

-4. Cherrydale Volunteer Fire Department (???) - Every Saturday, lesson (varies weekly) 8:15, dance 9-11:30 PM, $15, swing/lindy dance and cha cha, disco, and others. The dance hall is on the 2nd floor of the Cherry Dale Fire Department. It's a beautiful location with hardwood floors and spacious room for dancing- complete with a disco ball. Bottled water and snacks will be available for sale. Attendees must be 18+ years of age. No alcohol/open containers permitted inside building. 3900 Langston  Blvd, Arlington ,VA.

-5. Gary and Sue - Regular classes start on Monday nights at Colvin Run for beginner and intermediates. Dances at Colvin Run every first and third Friday of each month with live bands. Advanced tickets $20 purchased by previous Thursday. 8:30-9 swing lesson, 9-11:30 PM dance. For details see https://www.gottaswing.com/ 

-6 & 7. Social Ballroom Dance (55+) Enjoy the company of friends old and new on a spacious dance floor. Dances vary between tango, waltz, foxtrot and swing. All will have the opportunity to dance and have fun. No instruction will be provided and no partners are needed. Meets the first and third Fridays of the month at Lubber Run and the fourth Friday of the month at Arlington Mill. No program 11/11.

>In Step is located in Fairfax City, VA, near the Fair City Shopping Mall, and is easily accessible from Route 50 (Arlington Blvd)and Route 236 (Little River Tpke). It also can be reached via the Capitol Beltway (I-495) and Interstate 66.

>From I-395/Beltway Interchange in Springfield, take the Beltway to Route 236 (Little River Turnpike) West and go to the 8th traffic light beyond the Beltway. This is Pickett Road. Turn right onto Pickett Rd. and go to the 2nd traffic light, which is Mathy Dr. Turn right and park in the parking lot on the left. (Do NOT park in the first parking lot on the right; the owner will have your car towed.) You may also park on the left hand side of the street, facing toward Pickett.

>From I-395/Beltway Interchange, take the Beltway to Route 50 West and go to the 8th traffic light beyond the Beltway. This also is Pickett Rd; take a left onto Pickett, and go, to the 3rd traffic light, which is Mathy Dr. Turn left onto Mathy Dr., and follow the parking instructions described above.

>From D.C., take I-66 westbound to the first exit beyond the Beltway. This is Nutley St. (Route 243). When on the exit lane, take the second right turn and circle up over the overpass. When on Nutley St, go to the 3rd traffic light, which is Lee Highway (Route 29). Turn right onto Route 29 and go to the 3rd traffic light, and turn left. Go past the first traffic light (Route 50) and continue 3 more traffic lights to Mathy Drive. Turn left, and follow the parking instructions described above.
