Auction Rules:
By entering our auction, you are agreeing to the following rules:
- All bidders must be registered with a bidder number and have credit card on file.
- Dahlia Heights PTA does not assume any risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity, quality or value of the items.
- Estimate of retail values and descriptions have been made based on information provided by donors and are deemed reliable.
- All items are sold “As Is” subject to the conditions and restrictions stipulated by the donors.
- Purchasers may not request refunds or exchanges from a donor.
- By participating in this auction, each bidder recognizes that Dahlia Heights PTA, or anyone that assists in the conduction of the auction, shall not be liable for any occurrence resulting from the use of auctioned items and/or services sold.
- Dahlia Heights PTA reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the actual sale.
- Before removal from the premises, all winning bids must be paid in full.
- Any bids made are binding. Any winning bids will be paid for by end of auction, whether or not the winner is present. Bids will be paid using card on file.
- All Sales are final.
