o. Permits and Permissions

Your project may involve work that requires permits or permission to be obtained from entities such as city, county, state, federal governments. Utilities under Mrs. Utility. Property owners. These permits may entail items such as:

• City/county/state/federal building permit

• County rain garden permits

• State/federal wetlands and rivers permits

• Environmental permits

• Miss Utility (cable, electric, water and gas lines)

• Permissions from owners or community organizations

It is the responsibility of the benefiting organization to obtain community and government permits, permissions or compliance documents as required by law. You are not of legal age to represent the benefiting organization nor do you own the property. You should feel free to assistance the beneficiary with this effort. You can obtain the forms and assist with their completion however you should NOT sign the documents.
