Xekarta AI ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our any mobile applications available in our store.

What we collect: Precise GPS location (foreground only)
Why: Required for core app functionality (speedometer, navigation, location-based features)
How we use it: Only while the app is actively open or running in the foreground. No background location tracking, geofencing, or continuous background updates.
Sharing: We do not store, sell, or share your GPS location with any third party.
Android Permission: Location permission is requested only when you enable GPS features. You can deny or revoke this anytime in device settings.
2.4 Bluetooth
What we access: Bluetooth connection status
Why: To check battery level of connected Bluetooth devices (e.g., AirPods, earbuds, headsets)
Sharing: Battery level is never shared or stored.
2.5 Advertising ID (GAID / AAID)
What we collect: Google Advertising ID (resettable, anonymous identifier)
Why: To serve relevant advertisements and measure ad performance
Legal basis for LGPD (Brazil): If you are in Brazil, we use this ID for personalized ads as permitted by law.
You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device's Google Settings → Ads.

Important for EU/EEA/UK users: The UMP SDK displays a consent form when you first open the App. You can choose to accept or reject personalized ads. Your choice is stored and respected.

4.2 For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Non-discrimination – Equal service regardless of privacy choices
For CCPA: We do not use personalized ads for California users. AdMob serves only non-personalized contextual ads.

4.3 For Brazil (LGPD)
Under Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you have similar rights to GDPR (access, correction, deletion, portability, confirmation of processing).
Personalized ads for LGPD: We use your data for personalized advertising only if you provide consent via the consent form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4.4 For All Other Countries
We process your data as necessary to provide app functionality and advertising. You can opt out of personalized ads via device settings or the in-app consent form.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Xekarta AI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13 (or under 16 in certain regions like California/EEA).
If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us immediately.
We will delete such data within 72 hours.

Security measures: We use encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit. Firebase services store data with industry-standard security.

Crash reports: 90 days
Advertising ID: Not stored by us; managed by Google Play Services
Location data: Never stored – processed in real-time only
Limitation: No system is 100% secure. By using the App, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
7. Subscription & In-App Purchases
Xekarta AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions to:
Remove all advertisements
Unlock premium features
Terms:
Payment charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation
Subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before current period ends
Manage or cancel auto-renewal anytime in Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions
No refunds for partial billing periods (per Google Play policy)
Data collected for purchases: Google processes all payments – we never see your full credit card details. We only receive a purchase token and confirmation.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective immediately upon posting within the App and on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
For material changes: We will notify you via:
An in-app popup, or
An email (if you have provided one), or
A Google Play Store update notice
Continued use of Xekarta AI after changes means you accept the updated policy.
