"Revolutionary" Pizza Dough
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Tbsp Active-Dry Yeast
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour1 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
Pre-heat oven to 400.
Mix together the water and the yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add sugar, oil and salt and stir.
Add in 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of whole wheat and 1 cup of white. Stir until it's all incorporated.
Turn your dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead in the remainder of the flour. Knead for about 5 minutes until your dough is no longer sticky.
Cover dough with a dish towel and let rise for 15 minutes.
When done rising, roll out your dough to desired shape and thickness.
Crimp up the edges for the crust and then add whatever toppings you like.
Bake in the oven on a lightly greased baking sheet for 10-12 minutes.
Take it out and enjoy!
