A Brief Summary of our Summer Conditioning Offerings:

Summer Conditioning- Conditioning sessions for all athletes Grades 7th-12th, starting June 27th with a parent's meeting. Tuesdays & Thursdays 7pm at the High School. Saturdays 8:30am at Chestnut Ridge. More info available here.

Monday Long Runs- 8:30am at various metro parks starting June 5th. Intended for athletes (any grade) with the goal of a 6-10 mile long run by summer's end.

CW Jr Runners- Free running club for Grades 4th - 6th starting June 1st. More info available here.

Strength Training- Strength program offered by the Sports Performance program at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, starting July 11th at the High School. Open to grades 6th-12th. More info available at the Parent's Meeting, there is a small fee.
